Creative Balloons was born in October 1998 when Carol and Bob Rawlings started a part-time venture stuffing balloons. In those days, you would find them at the Boise Towne Square Mall in Boise, Idaho, stuffing big clear balloons with bears and other cuddly animals.

With each seminar and workshop training Carol and Bob attend, they grow more energized about the balloon industry. Their talents took them from stuffing balloons to expanding their services to include event decorating and balloon deliveries. They continued their training and earned the designation of CBA's (Certified Balloon Artists) in March 2002. Creative Balloons became a full-time business in July 2002.

Since 1987, Bob and Carol have made Idaho their home. They offer a full range of balloon artistry, including delivery bouquets and centerpieces, sculptures, arches and columns for your next party or event.

Creative Balloons is a member of the Meridian Chamber of Commerce, Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce and Nampa Chamber of Commerce.
